An inside source confirmed with XXLMag.com that Drizzy’s self-described biggest musical influence, Kanye West, is directing the clip. And the all-star cast doesn’t end there. Among cameos from mentor Lil Wayne, Common, Fabolous, Trey Songz and his Young Money crew mates, the video may also have an appearance from Jay-Z. Apparently Hov -who as previously reported, has already recorded material with the aspiring rapper – was on set during the shoot.

The video will have a Degrassi theme according to the inside source. Drake starred on the popular N series before pursuing his career in music. A rough draft for the video is expected to be finished in two weeks. – Elan Mancini

Kanye West x Rolex. Although Kanye does not have an endorsement deal with Rolex (at least one that is public), he has mentioned numerous times his love for the luxury watch brand as well for the custom watch designs of company Black-Out Concept. The company designed Kanye’s custom Rolex which is literally blacked-out.

“It looks hard, it looks really cool,” Kanye explained. “It’s a new take on a classic watch.” He also likes the fact that they take a Rolex and literally “paint it black.”

The watches run anywhere from $10,000 to $50,000.

Last weekend was an exciting one for sneakerheads everywhere as Nike dropped the 3rd and final colorway of Nike and Kanye West collab of Air Yeezy sneakers. A total of 220+ fans and sneaker fanatics gathered together at the Nike Flagship Store at Wisma Atria on June 6th to ballot for one of the 42 pairs of Air Yeezy sneakers, as CHOEE from STREETHING hosted for the event, followed by a brief on the origination of Air Yeezy. In addition, exclusive Air Yeezy posters and Kanye West CDs were given out as prizes for trivia questions. Winners of the ballot were able to purchase their coveted Air Yeezy sneakers from the Nike Flagship Store or The Limited Edition Vault.

As a extra reward for those die-hard fans, the first 25 lucky attendees to line up for the event were gifted a  limited edition The Killer Gerbil x Air Yeezy collab t-shirts by Singapore graffiti artist, The Killer Gerbil.  Check out the event photos from below as Singapore hasn’t seen such a crazed turnout for sneakers at the heart of Orchard Road in Singapore for a while.
